In 2021, it invested 20 million yuan to launch the upgrading and upgrading project of the bleaching and dyeing production line. It is reported that the project mainly purchases new dyeing machines, open-width setting machines and other printing and dyeing equipment, and invests in sewage reuse pretreatment equipment, and the added value and core competitiveness of the company's products are increasing day by day. In addition, Shishi Xinxianghua Dyeing and Finishing Development Co., Ltd., focusing on the goal of "green high-end, domestic leading", launched a technical transformation project for knitted fabric dyeing and finishing production lines, mainly introducing domestic advanced high-temperature dyeing machines and open-width pressurized water suction machines. , Dyeing and finishing equipment such as setting dryer, color test machine and automatic weighing. After the project is implemented, both product quality and technical process will be greatly improved. In order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of dyeing and finishing enterprises, improve their market competitiveness, promote the continuous, healthy and coordinated development of the printing and dyeing industry, and protect the ecological environment, in 2018, the Shishi Municipal Party Committee and Government formulated the "Shishi City Printing and Dyeing Industry Transformation and Upgrading Work Plan". Special rectification actions for printing and dyeing enterprises and the implementation of the "five major improvement projects", implementing classified management of printing and dyeing enterprises in the three centralized control areas, dividing the printing and dyeing enterprises in the city into four categories ABCD, establishing a rewarding and penalizing mechanism, and implementing a differentiated element allocation mechanism . According to the requirements of the "Shishi City Printing and Dyeing Industry Transformation and Upgrading Work Plan", our city will carry out classified disposal for all levels of printing and dyeing enterprises. Among them, priority is given to supporting the development of A-level enterprises, and priority is given to various policy rewards; for B-level enterprises to focus on tracking and upgrading, and implementing rectification and upgrading while producing; C-level enterprises are not recommended to Shishi level policy rewards, and the implementation of higher-level policy rewards is temporarily suspended It will be implemented after the company is upgraded, and the focus will be on rectification. Various rectifications must be completed before December 31, 2021. If the rectification is not in place, production will be suspended for rectification, and it will be directly listed as a Class D enterprise in 2022; it will not be enjoyed for a Class D enterprise.
